Processing times

An order is processed as soon as we receive its payment. It is usually shipped on the next business day.

We may sometime ship the very same day when it is possible, for example when business volume is relatively lower than usual and if the order has been placed earlier in the morning.

Delivery times

We use Canada Post and its accelerated parcel service which comes with a tracking number. This allows to follow the path of a parcel and gives the expected day of delivery.

Transit times given by Canada Post range between 1 and 8 working days depending on the delivery address. It can goes up to 13 days for remote areas.

Following-up orders

Once a parcel is shipped, you will be notified and receive your tracking number for Canada Post and your official invoice will be enclosed within your parcel.

Availability of our soaps

Our Marseille soaps are manufactured by craftsmen who can not be compared to major industries of mass production. When a product is missing, it might be so for several weeks.

Unavailable soaps are tagged out of stock and it is not possible to add them into your cart. The expected availability date is indicated as soon as we know it.

How to pay for an order

It is possible to pay by credit card, check or money order.

The shopping cart automatically redirect to Paypal’s platform where credit card informations can safely be used.

It is not necessary to have a Paypal account.
Cheque or money order
