Evening Primrose is a plant native to North America, and its first uses date back to the Native Americans who used it as food and poultice. Arriving in Europe by boat in the 18th century, it is now cultivated in China, where it is used in Chinese medicine. Also known as “evening primrose” and “night beauty”, this biennial flower only blooms at nightfall before closing at dawn.
It owes its many virtues to its exceptional omega 6 content. This composition allows it to be very effective in restructuring the epidermis and fighting skin problems.
