Also called black cumin, Nigella oil, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and trace elements, contains 0.4% to 2.5% of molecules belonging to the family of essential oils. Its many properties including anti-inflammatory, purifying and soothing make it an essential element in cosmetics, but also in medicine because it strengthens immunity.
First pressed and cold extracted, this oil comes from the tiny black seeds of a ranunculaceae with white flowers, Nigella Sativa, which grows in the shade of oases.
Recommended for dry, sensitive or problem skin, and also dry or brittle hair.

Use
As a face and body treatment: apply to cleansed skin and massage gently until absorbed.
In hair care: distribute on the whole of the hair. Leave on for at least 20 minutes then rinse with a mild shampoo.
Internally: for adults, 2 teaspoons of Nigella oil per day. For the child, half a teaspoon of oil per day. Mix with honey to mask the strong taste of the oil.
