Sommières Earth comes in the form of a powdered clay, often ochre in color (although it exists in various shades, from white to purple, including pale brown and green).
It is an ultra-fine smectite clay that can absorb up to 80% of its weight in water.
This clay is a fantastic dry stain remover, without leaving a ring, for greasy stains (oil, butter, diesel, makeup, etc.) on delicate surfaces such as textiles (even silk), upholstery, but also carpets, leather, marble, granite, woodwork, floors (tile, stone, parquet, concrete), etc.
It also absorbs and neutralizes many other types of stains: urine on cushions, wine stains on tablecloths, etc.
Also available in kraft bags and 400g tubes.

Use
Dry stain remover par excellence, the Terre de Sommières is sprinkled generously on the fabric to be detached: clothing, sofa, rug, carpet… or on wood. Leave to act for several hours, rub if necessary, remove excess powder before vacuuming.Terre de Sommières is used for other purposes.
