Marseille soap bar with organic Shea Butter 125g – Orange Cinnamon

By combining the warm sweetness of cinnamon with the fresh tang of orange, we obtain an aromatic mixture used since biblical times and then forgotten for centuries. Cinnamon has been known in France since the 13th century, when it was considered one spice among others. As for the orange that the Portuguese bring back from China, it is first consumed for its sweet taste, before we notice the relaxing properties of its essential oil. It was only much later, towards the end of the 18th century, that Italian perfumers would have the idea of combining them again.
