For over 120 years and four generations, we have been making our Marseille soap exclusively from carefully selected vegetable oils. It contains no dyes, no synthetic additives, and is free from petroleum-based ingredients or animal fats, unlike most soaps and shower gels on the market.

Made from pure vegetable oils, biodegradable, phosphate-free and without synthetic products, it does not pollute rivers and helps preserve the environment. It also requires very little packaging. It lasts a very long time, especially when left to dry, making it a highly economical product.

1. A composition: exclusively vegetable oils, with no fragrance, no dyes, no preservatives.

2. A manufacturing process: cooked in a cauldron, using a specific saponification method known as the “Marseille process,” which involves 5 stages. The cauldron process lasts from one week to 10 days.

3. A geographical origin: produced in the historic birthplace of Marseille soap—the Marseille region, which today corresponds to the Bouches-du-Rhône department (13).
