For over 120 years and four generations, we have been making our Marseille soap exclusively from carefully selected vegetable oils. It contains no dyes, no synthetic additives, and is free from petroleum-based ingredients or animal fats, unlike most soaps and shower gels on the market.
Particularly recommended for laundry, it gently and effectively cleans all textiles, including delicate fabrics (baby clothes, fragile textiles, etc.).
An excellent stain remover, it works wonders on stubborn stains!

Made from pure vegetable oils, biodegradable, phosphate-free and without synthetic products, it does not pollute rivers and helps preserve the environment. It also requires very little packaging. It lasts a very long time, especially when left to dry, making it a highly economical product.

A manufacturing process: cooked in a cauldron, using a specific saponification method known as the “Marseille process,” which involves 5 stages. The cauldron process lasts from one week to 10 days.

The glycerin contained in our Marseille soaps is not added glycerin, unlike so-called “glycerin soaps.” It is the glycerin naturally present in vegetable oil. After 10 days of cooking and multiple rinses, only a tiny amount remains. However, the ingredient “glycerin” is still listed in the ingredients of our soaps, as traces remain. The new cosmetic regulation requires that every ingredient, even present only in trace amounts, must be indicated in the ingredients list.
