A cold, dry wind from the north, typical of the Provençal region, the mistral blows fiercely across the Mediterranean coast, carrying with it the scent of the lands it has traversed. Although capricious and sometimes present throughout the year, it is especially during the winter and spring that its gusts batter Provence, sometimes reaching speeds of up to 120 km/h!
Its fragrance is often associated with marine, citrus, woody, and vanilla notes.
A fresh, elegant, and refined scent.
